IKA selects a short, relevant list of Activators and shares an anonymized version of the ‘ask’.
Activators respond with an offer of interest, expertise, or a proposed potential connection.
The client reviews anonymized offers and decides who to connect with – one or several, depending on what the situation calls for.
Once both parties agree to the anonymized descriptions, full documentation is shared and the introduction is made.
If the project is bigger than one cycle covers, further opportunities are secured, reviewed, and activated.

Every project is reviewed and sharpened before it's shared, so what reaches you is specific enough to act on right away.
Some of what happens here is done in solidarity – to be at the leading edge of impact innovation and to connect with fellow change-makers. Yet when your help creates significant business value, that value is shared too. You decide if that's as an honorarium, or as a donation to one of the Activator community's pre-selected NGOs.
